Emerald lake

Can't wait, Heading out to Emerald Lake to pull in some trophy brookies, any advice on what to catch brook trout with?

emerald is usually pretty quiet this time of the year brookies are usually active in that lake until around xmas and slows down after that...i fished this lake since 1980 but mostly open water not much into ice fishing
