Got my buddies bumper ready for paint whatcha guys think. This one was alittle plain jane buit to really take some abuse

pretty beefy. I wouldn't mind having one. To many elk,deer and the odd buffalo enjoy hanging out on the highway down here...lol

Your pics are too smalllllllllll. From what I can see its pretty fancy if compared to the one on my truck.

Looks like a solid unit but i think the rings on the front are going to rattle.

its goin to be up to him if he wants to paint or powder coat it. Its pretty heavy built outa 3/16 plate and Braces in multiple places. those d hooks not my idea i didn"t like the idea of them for that same reason of them rattling. I did put stops on them so they won't beat the hell outa the finish.

Looks "Hummerish" to me. Would have built it so winch could be hidden. and x2 on the rattling rings. But it looks tough. Can you attach grill guard, guards for lights, etc.?

lol funny you should say that i was telling him the samething and he swears up and down it doesn't his design. The mesh 6inch circles are for lights they sit behind them cording to DOTs and rcmps those fog light have to have covers over them:confused0024: . beats me he wanted them so he got them lol

its my understanding the extra lights which are above the factory headlights needed covers. eg..rollbar or mirror mount.
not sure that chev front end will take the xtra wt...but it's a very professional looking fab job

take some rubber tubing and cut it legth wise then wrap the d rings that should quiet them down

or maybe a chunk of pipe insulation .
