Has anyone ever bothere trying to ice fish this lake?

i fished it this summer when i was working at the tank far and i didnt catch anything but a buzz

There used to be some tiny jacks in there at one time but havent seen any for awhile. At the last local derby one fish was caught. You are better off to goto Clear lake by Wainwright

About 20 years ago. Managed 2 pike about 2.5lbs. Fished it 3 times since and caught absolutely nothing. Only a small population in there.

One of the guys I work with, manages our branch in Hardisty. Apparently that lake is devoid of any reasonable fishing opporunities and as safety dave would say .... DEAD

Kind of suspected as much when I haven't heard or seen anything come out of there in a while.
