Just wondering if we have to wait until april 1 to buy our new license, or can it be purchased prior to that?
Wondering because i plan to head out early april 1. I dont want to wait till crap tire opens to get it.

You can buy your fishing license on-line and you don't have to go anywhere to get it if you own a PC and a printer.

You can buy the Licence online today through the AlbertaRELM. Also, I believe that the stores are also providing the Licence as of 15th of the month.

Been doing that for years. The best part is that you can laminate them too so you don't get water damage.

I did get a little grief from one of the F&W for laminating once. After I explained that you shouldn't laminate thermal paper(erases your store bought license), but plain paper is fine he caught on.
