Headin out this weekend for one last hardwater adventure. Guessing the ice is still plenty thick and safe. Last time out, three weeks ago, 32" inches. Can't see the last few weeks of mild weather making a huge difference. Agreed?

How's the ice at Cold lake?

Buddy is getting off work at the end of the month, and we were hoping to get out on the ice. Is it still thick?

thanks,

Jacobin

burnstick 2'+, dickson pond 2'+ no flood water at both. access points a little beat up. perch at burnstick moving a little shallower. trout hard to come by at dickson, suckers a plenty. both 2-5' below ice.

Cold lake has 25 plus inches of ice. 4 to 5 inches of soft snow on ice, easy travel, a couple of well defined trails going up to but not across the big heave. Access pretty good. Ice in very good condition. Have fun fishing..
