2012 Pheasant Population

Hey guys and girls,

From what I've seen here in Calgary, this winter in Southern Alberta has been fairly mild. I'm just wondering if anyone has noticed how the pheasant population is doing compared to this time last year.

How many winters like this are needed before the population normalizes again?

Since they are quitting the release program, the populations will never be "normal" again no matter what the winter weather does.

While out yote hunting saw 6 at once and the next day 3 at once!
