Leupold VX R Scope

I have one on my 257 wby accumark, seems to be an alright scope somewhere between the vxii and vxiii, at the higher magnification you get a bit of blurring around the edges, the red dot seems to work well and focuses the eye quickly however you have to deal with thicker crosshair lines and if you have the dot turned all the way up during the day so that you can see it you need to remember to turn it back down for the following morning because when its dark out you get a lot of interference in your sight picture if its too bright overall i'd say im pretty happy with it

The ones I looked at seem to have pretty bad parallax. Honestly not that impressed with them. They seem much cheaper than the VX II's. I run both VXII and VXIII scopes and personally wouldn't touch these.

I'd never use an illuminated reticle anyways.
