I didn't want to put it in the title but opening day for most southern alberta water bodies opens on the 8th of May. Where is everyone going????
It is on a week day this year who has booked it off???
For me I will be heading for Badger!! Looking for some post spawn Northern's
Fly or spin cast that is the real question!!

Ill be down the 11th with new boat in tow , Picking up Wayne Christie and JTS1 and Nathan Probably hitting Lake XYZ

I booked the following two weeks after the lakes open. I will be everywhere sight fishing Pike in the shallows with fly and spin gear.

got my open water fix this weekend, 10 pike Saturday. got to get warmed up for the sturgeon season! :sHa_shakeshout:
