I am heading out to the bow with a friend tomorrow. Just wondering what is working? Any tips would be appreciated as I am new to fly fishing. Thanks!!

Was out for a couple of hours landed 4 whitefish and a couple of good size brown, got them on wooly worm and prince nymph. hope this help. tight lines.

in my last three outings i have caught around 50 fish, 20 or so trout the rest white fish, i find the bite has been starting around 930 and going strong till 1130, 99 % of the fish i caught were on a sz 14 bead head flashback haresear nymph, usuing 12 ft leader and 2 split shots, if you not hitting bottom go with a longer leader, good luck

A few to gt you started, try bow river buggers, for nymphs the prince or pheasant tail in small sizes. Flip some rocks and see what's underneath for nymphs and try to match.
