Does anyone have any info about the 25-300wsm. Concerning velocity
acurracy etc.

They're accurate, they're fast, and YUP -they burn barrels as fast as a 257 WTHBY if ya don't let them cool between rounds!:lol:
Friend of mine built one on a Pac Nor barrel, loves it.

You're looking at about the same velocities , maybe a bit less than the Weatherby.
Reamers can be had from Dave Kiff at Pacific tool.

Stainless barrel, not sure of the twist however.
heavy taper, bolted to a Remington 700 action.
The gun is heavy for a hunting rifle, about 13 lbs. IIRC, but he set it up as a loong range varmint blaster, not as a walking rifle.

sounds like a sweetheart to hug.probably could shoot till the day is getting short. not have any sore spots to worry about ie- shoulder cheek etc.
