anyone know when they open up, or if already open to the regs is the ice off?

Both are open year round. As of last week, Allen Bill was ice covered with a small portion of open water at the far corner by the river. The Ice was looking fairly rotten, but I'm guessing still not of lot of open water.

McClean was more solid.
