on the ice 10 to 12 inches getting very close..

Bait for poweraide = two toones works good;;

also a 1#9oz brown caught by another angler today too

I thought perch were out of season right now. Hmmm could be wrong, might have to look closely at the regs and find some perch lakes that are open all year. Nice catch!

Guess maybe if you could provide the actual regulation, instead of accusation, that might help......

The lake is Obed lake ES3 and the ice is allmost off you need rubber boots to get to ice and its about 10 inches of honeycombed ice in spots .. allmost time for plywood snow shoes;;;:scared0018:

Not an accusation! Really thought all lakes that had perch in them were closed till mid may. Like I said, gonna have to look in the regs and find an open lake for perch.

it will be close , on Saturday we had to use rubber boots to get on the ice but still 8 inches i got 17,, 9 to 11 inchers .. kept my limit as it was the last time ice fishing Obed..
