Are you sure you dont mean "slip" bobber.

If it is it is designed to have the line feed thru the bobber allowing you to fish at any depth using a stop of one type or other (slip bobber knot and bead etc).

Ah the joys of auto correct spelling soup instead of slip....and thanks to Geezle for instigating this whole thing. Sorry for any misrepresentation this whole thing may have caused...but when opportunity presents itself......heck sometimes you gotta roll with it. For clarification, I did in fact mean "Slip" bobber in my post for gold eye. Thanks for being a good sport!

Axeman...well played sir! Well played!

That is because it was done in under 1 minute in Windows paint. We tend to save our best work for stretching fish on this board. :)

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a new and exciting product! So seeing so much interest in have decided to engineer, and produce certified working soup bobbers! To be part of this ground breaking (or water displacing) technology please PM me with your account info or simply provide a money transfer so I can buy pizza and beer. Hey me and my buddies have to sit in the garage and figure this thingy out!

"soup bobber" is a trade mark of Thorne Ventures. Any use without permission is strictly prohibited! Although I'm to damn lazy to do anything about it.....:fishing:

Sorry, all business discussions must be done in person while fishing or at Thorne Ventures world office...ie: my garage over beers.

Sorry buddy, but the idea is already patent pending and the intellectual property is summarized in my previous picture documentation. However, a buyout could be discussed over beers. :happy0180:

Sorry, all business discussions must be done in person while fishing or at Thorne Ventures world office...ie: my garage over beers. These discussions should be only done drinking Canadian beer and jumbo pretzels. Beer must be maintained at 8 degrees Celsius plus or minus 2 degrees. I hear that Thorne adventures have a history of making deals after consuming large amounts of Canadian beer. Cabs will be waiting at the end of the meeting with transport to a local bar for happy hour.:sHa_shakeshout:
