I might head to hermitage park area to fish the NSR. I have never caught a walleye in my life. What tackle should I bring ?

Try a sinner with a red blade gold body . Caught a little walleye in fort sask at the boat launch. I like the blue fox 9 ounce or panter marten never leave home to fish with out one. Good luck have fun

Ya there is lots of parking down there. Just follow the road to the left. You will see the parking. Follow the path past the out house and you will see the outflow into the river. Great spot. Good luck!!!

Loads of parking there! If you strike out bring your trout gear and give the ponds a try.

I just got back from the river. I got two nice waleye on p-rig with minnows. They were biting really light. Had to hold my rod to be able to feel it. It was really busy were I was. Anyone have any sturgeon luck yet?

Just got back from the river out towards Genesee. Landed a decent sized RM Whitefish on a worm/pickeral rig

Fished it last week and pulled a big sucker out of there too.
