NSR Report - May 7, 2012

Headed down to the NSR yesterday and finally caught my first Sauger! Also hooked into a couple walleye and had lots of bites. Beautiful day! Hopefully get out for a couple more hours today.

Walleye are bighting at the mouth of the sturgeon right now, got three in the last 15 min:sHa_shakeshout:

nice catch fishtek. still looking for my first sauger and of coarse mr. sturgeon. caught 8 burbot in an hour and ahalf yesterday.

Nice catch, i am going to try to top my record of the year so far, going for 30 walleye today

I caught ten walleye and a burbot yesterday and this morning I got three and had lots of bites. The biggest today was a fat 28 incher. I have pics I will post in a bit. Good luck all!!

I've fished the river 3 times this year. 2 sauger, 2 burbot, 3 goldeye and a handfull of walleye. The biggest was 30.5 inches. Good start
