First Turkey ever and couldn't be happier. I've been searching around a bit for info on scoring turkeys and I found the NWTF web sight. I fired the numbers into the calculator that they have for scoring and it spit out 48.6875? Like I already said I'm super happy with this bird but I'm curious to see how he ranks with the rest. I was hunting with a local guy and he said it was one of the biggest he's seen and he looks like a monster to me. I had way too much fun and I think I'm hooked. If anyone can help me out that would be great.

Wow! He's no where near that. His beard is 8 1/8 and he weighed 18.1 lbs

doesnt matter 8 1/8 still a very nice bird none the less ..turkey hunting is addicting as hell isnt it ..cant wait to get drawn again soon hopefully ..congrats again gunner
