Just picked up a new TFO HawLeg 8wt on sale at Bass Pro. The rod feels amazing, its gotta be the fastest stick i've ever felt. Wondering if anyone has fished it yet or has any experiance with the new short style pike rods?

I have the Redington Predator in a 9wt 8'3" rod. It's very fast and has little feel to it, so it takes a bit to get used to but it's a powerful rod that's great for big flies and big fish.
