Opening week at dief **(Pic heavy)**

Here are some pics from opening weekend. fished all saturday at dief and finished the trip off in saskatoon saturday night late. ended the trip off with this big sturgeon. Was a great trip. and came home with a nice limit of 18-23inch eyes.:sHa_shakeshout:

Wow crazy fishing!!! thats good to hear hopefully it stays like that until late june for when i arrive there.. but by then all glaciars would have melted and be deeper then, see what happens :D

I just put a 10mm split ring on the pull tab with a 6/0 treble.

Every fish is twice the reward.

lol. Yeah, i like my light beer. hahaha. The fish sure seemed to like jumping in the boat that night thou. and the walleye have not spawned yet. all but one that we kept were males. Also they have the spawn nets out in coteau bay.

Thanks. I was thinking that looking at your pics with all slim fish except for one fatter that you kept. Always like to keep tabs on that place. Fishing usually seems to really pick up after the spawn although I don't think you guys ever have a problem catching them. I wonder how the spawn camp will do with the lower water levels.
