With the 60km winds it won't matter if the ice is off or not !

It's gone, just a few remnants on east side along shoreline.

True, but there was some fellow out on the lake in a kayak yesterday. I assume he made it back in one piece. I wouldn't have risked it, even with half the wind speed. The water temperature is barely above freezing.
