Just gettin ready to head up to slave middle of the week. Curious on how much was burnt and in what area. And are lots of bears moving up that way? Any info greatly appreciated.

Like I posted before.

On behalf of the Marten Beach Yacht Club, I welcome every bear hunter and his dog (if it were legal) to pound those provincial park bears that sneak out north of the provincial park to create muck and mayhem.

All we ever see hunting bears in the area are the local boys from LSL and local pards from Wabasca.

Thanks.......He was my first bear, and I arrowed him on the fist evening from the ground at 30 yards. I about crapped myself when he walked past the bait and straight at me. He was maybe 7 yards staring through me. Being from Texas and not ever having seen a bear but for the zoo it was much too close for me.
