Bullshead

Wondering what's up with Bullshead this year. Been out 3 times now, tried a bit of everything, but only managed 3-4 each day in the 12"-16" range, man is it slow. Last year was way more productive.
Anyone know whats up out there??

I've been out there 5 times and have had 10 + days with fish ranging from 10"-24". It seems pretty good for me! Are you fly fishing or Spinning? Most of my luck has been fly fishing and i've noticed when spinning the average size of the fish seems to be much smaller.

Maybe I'm just off on my presentations this year???
