Can Alberta residents apply for moose tag in bc

yup, but only in a GOS area or where we have the spike/fork season.

You cannot apply for an LEH draw like I can in Alberta.

If you want to hunt the GOS, S/F season, you have to hunt with a BC resident and make sure they apply for a permit to accompany and have a moose tag as well. Once they get the permit, you can buy your tag as a non-resident.

I've read the regs there not all that helpfull so what your saying is for example I can Not apply for a moose tag in say 7-07 by prince George but I could hunt with a resident for a two point. If that's the case I don't know why Alberta lets non residents apply for moose here that's FN stupid

Alberta is the only province in Canada that let's non-residents apply for the same tags as residents.

I believe trying to attract hunter /tourism dollars would be the reason for that. Lots of people spend big money to hunt in Alberta.
