Battle River Hammerheads

Good to see lots of smaller pike in the Battle again, have caught some hogs in the past, but the last few years have been hard on the river, between low water levels, poor water quality, and lack of respect from anglers, many of the giants are long gone. Did have one on 6-8lbs today and caught about twenty 2-4 pounders. Fun morning with some spunky little pike. Still looking for the 10+ pounders we used to see!!!

I think I know the stretch you were on. Looks familiar. What you caught is about the same as what I used to catch size wise. As far as numbers go, looks like you had an awesome day!
