Just wondering how you folks go about fishing for Lake Whitefish during the summer months? Plan on giving it a try around the last week of June. Thank you for your help.

Small orange jig and shimp body. Snap the jig on the bottom, 3 feet at a time and pause.

With a wire worm, do you use any bait?

If the wireworm has some movement you won't need any bait.

When they come to the surface at night, is it after dark? And do they come near the shore or do you have to get out there after them?
