I agree, what the Hell is wrong with people. And if they are on drugs, what are they using. I may have experiment in my younger days but never ate someone's face or.felt the need to hurl my insides at someone. Must be something in the water, ie fluoride

Anyway... as the population grows, there will be a greater propensity for increased numbers of individuals with deviant and extreme behaviourial tendencies.

Way back in the day...I suspect that many of these individuals were 'dealt' with by kin and the local sawbones.

Add any mixture of drugs and even the less extreme individuals have can go sideways and act as the Miami and NJ dudes.

and I honestly that the police would be helping the messed up dude and their family with a "oops! got him in the head. He must have moved when I was aiming for a central mass shot."
