cold lake

going to cold lake at the end of the month first time up there got boat and would like to have any good campground for fishing

Provincial park just east of town is nice. A bit of a drive to beach and playground but the water is very cold and the bears had the playground closed last time we were there , so no problem !:thinking-006: Decent boat launch and nice sites.

Be sure to book ahead online though, we booked for end of July and there was only 14 sites available.

Use the first come first served sites. Some are nicer than the reserve sites and usually plentiful.
