You're actually better off going to the source of the info. Just google "Alberta river basins". They give you figures comparing current flow to average flow throughout spring, summer, and fall. I find it more informative than a couple symbols representing up, down, or stationary. Keep in mind the Y axes log scale and not the same between sites.
