yup i hear ya man i think its safe to say the runoff has started. even some of my favorite lakes that have streams flowing into them are also turning the lake into chocolate milk.

BeeGuy and I are heading to the Forks this weekend. I take it this means we won't be fishing on the island becuase of the floodwaters?

Jacen the Bow up from the forks was up a good 2 feet tonight, lots of trees and crap floating down and a lot of weeds. Dont know if the road into the campground is going to be covered yet or not.
Hit my sturgeon hole for a couple hours tonight after work, wife managed one around 33 inches, I caught a frikkin clam. thats 2 clams weve caught in the last week, not snagged but actually had the hook swallowed.

Lots of water working it's way south. On the way home tonite the bike paths along the river are even submerged and looking down the hill from the end of my street it looks over the banks and getting closer to the houses on the waterfront along the park. I am sure it should hit your way in a day or so.

Should we even bother going down there with the water being so high.

It sucks trying to fish with crap gathering on your line constantly.

I slip weight instead of a bottom weight style rig should help with the debris.

I find suffix 832 is slipperier so the crap doesnt gather as bad

I guess we shall see. If anything, BeeGuy can catch some bees.
