is there any Where on the bow river near calgary that you could take younger kids (10,14years old) that is open right now

Everywhere on the bow is open right now. Once again good places are Fish creek park, Carburn Park(southland dog park), Beaverdam Park, where the 22x goes over the bow.

there is more ice than I have seen, still 6' banks south of the city. As far as I know the launches are still closed. A friend launched at 17 ave this week.
