Anyone know of any Pike fishing near Airdrie?

I've been fishing stocked ponds all month for 6" trout. Would really like a change of pace and wondering if there are any decent places to catch some pike near Airdrie? Hoping to not have to drive too far, unless it's really worth it. Fishing from shore also.
