Looks like no. From the Provincial Parks Act General Regs.

recreation area unless
(a) the discharge is authorized under a permit issued under
this section,
(b) in the case of the Lakeland Provincial Recreation Area,
the person discharges the firearm while hunting a kind of
wildlife that the person is authorized to hunt under the
Wildlife Act, or
(c) in the case of a wildland park, the person discharges the
firearm while hunting a kind of wildlife that the person is
authorized to hunt under the Wildlife Act.
(2) On application in a form satisfactory to the Minister and on
payment of the appropriate fee, the Minister may issue a permit for
the carrying on of an activity involving the discharge of a firearm
in a provincial park or recreation area.
Definition of firearm from the act
(f) “firearm” means any device that propels a projectile by
means of explosion, spring, air, gas, string, wire or elastic
material or any combination of those things;

I'm sure that it's been discussed, but "Is a Bow a Firearm?"
I've been looking around, and can only find No as an answer.

Read the last part of the post you quoted. A bow is definitely defined as a firearm under the Provincial Parks Act.
