light grey, tan, green. anthing that is midway through the refraction spectrum. too much and you will get tanned armpits and too little( black) will cook your feet.:)

I painted my floor with that yellow rock guard and it burned out my eyeballs so iwent and got a can of black rockguard and misted it made great black flecks killed the glare 100% better and not slippery.

When you use the rockguard stuff doesn't it make the boat heavier?
I spayed all the seems with it but thought that it would make the boat really heavy if I did the whole boat.

X2 The glare will be too much to handle if the colour is to light or reflective and burn you and anything too dark will get to hot to touch.

Paint it bright orange so all the wake and ski boats can see you.
Not sure it makes a difference though.
Almost got hit three times yesterday.
People running big boats in to crowded of an area. Paying more attention to the skier than where they were going.

Isn't that what the spotter is supposed to do?

My vote is the brighter the better.

of course i am serious ..the tan colored is simply a light brown let that dry and then some black or dark brown on a small brush in flick it onto the brown ,, it spatters the dark color over the lighter color .. you can use grey and black .. light green and dark green ... it simply draws ones eyes away from imperfection on the inside of the hull.. its done all the time here on the coast

not sure if this link will work but

YOu can buy 'speckled paint' at Bass Pro. It is used for painting speckled geese decoys.

You could paint the inside pink. Then no one would steal it. Or rainbow colors.

I have painted a couple of aluminum boats on the inside. Crappy Tire has textured paint. The one I usually use is the grey with the black specs. Looks good and with a bit of texture it gives you a bit of grip.

Finally an answer I like! Not that camo is bad, if I painted the inside camo I would want to paint he outside camo too!
