Think I will head out tomorrow with the fly rod. Try a little walk and wade IF I can find a stretch not high and muddy. Any Reports from Rocky area down to the Livinstone would be a great help as I'm not sure where I am headed yet. Got room in the truck for more if anyone is feeling adventurous.

We fished the Elbow on Tuesday when it was high and fairly muddy (about 1' vis) and still managed fish. The only issue is not being able to wade across.

The smaller creeks are gin clear though. The Sheep and Highwood are still pretty off color and fast right now but fish still have to eat. Use some big stones or San Juan worms.

Sat aft, the Red Deer river by red deer had come down considerably from where it was a week ago. Still muddy, but at least it would be safer to walk the shoreline. The banks are at least exposed now, instead of being hidden under water.
