Fishing around Kelowna

Taking a few days off and meeting some family down in kelowna, hoping to get into some fish while I'm there. Wondering if anyone has any tips or hints on where to go. I will have access to a decent boat, and plenty of gear. Thanks

What kinda of fish r u looking for as there is bass to kokanee in the area

kewlona awsome place to fish lived tehre for years if you have a down rigger troll deep jst off rattle snake island on the okanagon or work your way past the boat launch by peach land always seemed to have luck there if you feel like venturing away from kewlona go up to lake mculluh cant remeber the exact spelling but joins into twin lake up by big white good rainbows in there also use to catch kokanees right off dock at burtrum peach at end of city by vinyards

I think it is called Yama or O'Yama. As a kid my uncle took me there and we had a blast catching trout. They called us the "Lake Rakers" cause all my uncle knew to catch trout was to put 5ft of blinkers on with a hook on the end and troll around till one bit.
