was able to get down to Forestry Trunk between Bergen and Caroline with my son last weekend. First of our three yearly Stream Fish trips.

Caught this Brookie in James River. River was very clean.
Caught similar Brookie in Fallen Timber which was also very clean.
Nothing from Burnt Timber, Yara or Seven Mile creeks but at least they were clean too!

Upper Red Deer and Clearwater VERY High, Fast and Muddy.

We fished very little but had GREAT father-Son time as usual.

What a hog!!!

Looks like a great time, father/son time is always special, fishing or not.

congrats on the beast. Small streams and small trout go hand in hand. Lots of fun!

Its not always about the size of the fish on the end of your line. The time spent is more important than any measurement you get while enjoying a day on the water.

Thanks for posting the great pictures...what were those tube trout??

Hahaha yeah. It does look like a Squatch! Maybe I'll send it in to A&E and get some publicity. Isn't that the way? Two Rednecks in the middle of nowhere seeing something? Could get rich!

The photo with the hot dog sent in to the company that makes them. Thought they'd like the picture and new adaptation... but... nothin'.

Oh well. Good times were had at least. These Brook trout cost around $1000.00 per pound too!
