Red Deer River at Hwy 21 crossing

Looking for fishing around Buffalo Lake and was wondering if there is any action where Hwy 21 crosses the RDR as shown in this map Google maps (https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=213159372056624878924.0004bf19a3b82befde99 e&msa=0)

Upstream near the gas plant water intake is usually pretty good for goldeye and the occasional sauger. Just head upstream 3/4 mile from the bridge.
