Hey guys,
My dad and I are going to take a trip down to Montana in late August early September for golf. While we are down there we were interested in doing some fishing. Neither of us have ever caught bass and would love the opportunity to do so. Is there anywhere near Eureka (within an hour or so drive) with Bass? Small or Large mouth, doesn't matter, just have a real urge to fight a bass on an ultralight :fighting0021:.

Thanks!

I'm not real familiar with the fisheries over there, but Montana has an excellent system which shows what all species are in what bodies of water.

Just punch in Lincoln County and search for Largemouth Bass (and then again for Smallies) and you'll find 17 bodies of water with largemouths and 6 bodies with smallmouths. I didn't look more closely to see how many bass are in each of those bodies, but you can research that on your own.

Good luck!
