Winch Install on an A Frame Utility Trailer?

Anyone done this (hand winch)? I am trying to figure out how to mount the winch as space is pretty tight. If you have done it and can send pics etc. it would be greatly appreciated (I searched but no luck).

I won't be pulling much weight, just a 12' inflatable w/outboard and lsunch wheels up onto the frame I built on the trailer.
