Some great fishing going on here right now guys after a couple of days of "slow" fishing for us (still into 10+ Chinooks and many Coho each day, which may be considered good fishing at some locations), yesterday limited out on Chinook with 8 per boat including 3 over 30lbs, 33, 37, and the ultimate 50! Day off today, excited to get back at er tomorrow!

Here are the pictures of the 50, low quality due to using phone to take picture of the picture on a camera  Better quality ones will be up soon.

SWEET CHINOOK!

How is the fishing these days? Has it been a bit challenging this Summer?

Can't wait to get up there. Will be there in only a few weeks now. Too bad you guys were already booked up for when I was there. I will be sure to drop by though and say hi. Might try to pry a few tips from you guys. Obviously your doing something right.

Only going to be bringing my 15 Lund up there. So we will be sticking close in. But with all the fish up there, I know you don't have to go far to get into some quality fish. Maybe not the lunkers you guys are tracking down. But I will be happy with even a few coho and maybe a hali or 2.

That 50 is one beautiful of a fish.

No way man, when you were up here it was unreal salmon fishing, non stop action. It's still good now, just bigger fish, and limits take a few hours longer.

Sundance, no struggle this year at all, had 2 slower days (still got into 12+ Chinook and countless Coho in the day) a few days ago, but since June 21st when we've targeted Chinook we've only not limited out on 5 days...that's 5 out of 36 days, pretty good. Most days we've limited in only a few hours.

Was out today and my boat alone got 440lbs of fish, limits of 12 Lingcod up to 40lbs, limits of Yelloweye (10) up to 17lbs, 3 nice hali up to 50lbs, and 5 Chinook (and countlesssssss lost...this group comes every year and they always joke that they know they'll lose a lot more fish than they catch  We have a great time on the water!!! Many laughs and memories made). and 4 Coho.

X2 anyone who has held a 30lb + Spring knows that it takes a little more effort than that to hold with one hand in front of yourself:thinking-006:

Solid 50 for sure. Seeing some low 40's on the dock this week but none like that!

Its called going to the gym. I'm 24, its not too tough. Using 2 hands as well. When I held it horizontal I had to have it lean against my body in order to hold it! Got all fishy, plus in that pic not pushing out at all as against me. Its 50
