Upper kananaskis lake

Just wondering I anyone has been to upper kananaskis lake what are the fish biting there and what species of fish are in the lake.

There are rainbows, cuthroat and bull trout in there. Try a white, green or black, wooly worm.

I just might go there tomorrowl.
