Best part about fishing

So my Dad has decided to start build fly and spinning rods. Not for profit but its something to help pass the time. Anyway he built my 7 year old daughter a nice rod . So Saturday morning we decided to run out to Burntstick lake for a couple hours and give the new rod a go. It seems to work lol!! She was a very happy little girl bringing this fish in with no help. I've found the best part about fishing is watching her catch fish. I am happy to sit back and be the net guy.

Big fish are great

BUT

trying to make out what my grandson is trying to tell me at the fishing spot with a mouthfull of shore lunch is priceless

watching my grandsaughters casting skills improve is also better than a 10lb eye anyday
