Hi,

I'm planning a photoshoot for August 26 and am looking for a lake near-ish Edmonton (100km or less) that is fairly clear. The shoot I'm planning involves some underwater shots and while I'd like to use the North Saskatchewan, it's just been too high, fast and too dirty this year.

My brother-in-law is an avid fisherman and told me I could count on some good advice in this forum.

Thanks in advance for your replies!

photoshot of what? I remember their being a really clear private spring fed man man pond over by Beaumont.

It's an editorial bridal shoot, so I'd need the water to be at least knee deep.

So you want a scenic back drop then? natural setting?

Yeah, I'm most interested in a natural body of water (though I wouldn't rule out a more "rustic" looking man made one).
We just don't want to have it looking too manicured.

spring lake is very clean and clear and shooting from the beach would give you nice a nice rustic background of the island. very close to edm.
wabamun is also clen and clear.
