Does anyone on here know where I could get an impeller for my little tinner motor that is sort of local?

If I can get something from Lethbridge, Calgary, Medicine Hat, or Edmonton I would rather get it mailed from there instead of having one shipped from the states.

I am also looking for a good place to get leg oil from. Is there different brands or weights that are better then others?

Not sure about Lethbridge but I get omc parts at B&L Marine, Calgary or Boatmart in Red deer. Boats.net is a good source as well but shipping for a single item is a deal breaker. Try a search for BRP parts in your area. Seems to me someone in the south will be a dealer. Careful when you pull the drive shaft, there is a roller pin that goes thru the shaft near the top that fell out on me and when I saw it I didn't know what it was and chucked it. Now I've been waiting two weeks for a new one. You may have to rotate the prop to get the pin to line up in removal and installation. Here is a couple of sites that might be helpful to you. Best of luck. Rick.

If you can find the Sierra equivalent part number, NAPA auto parts usually carries them. If they don't have them in store, they usually have them at their distribution center (in Edmonton I think). Between me and a buddy, we've purchased 4 impellers from NAPA in the past few years on a variety of 15hp and under Evinrudes, and the longest we waited for one to come in was 24 hours.

I *think* this may be your impeller:http://www.iboats.com/mall/partfinder/?cart_id=685732491&gd_grid_id=1725&gd_poid=109111&gd_row=11&session_id=309067001

One more option in case NAPA doesn't work out for you. I've had great service from Lordship Marine in Vancouver. The turnaround time to get your parts will obviously be a little longer but I've also received carb kits, fuel pump kits etc. from them in the past for a reasonable price.

I only new NAPA in the US had outboard parts. This is good news. Will they get any Sierra part for you or just impellers? Rick.

I have only tried to get the Sierra impellers there, but I think you can order in the other Sierra kits like the carb kit etc. I bought the genuine BRP parts for the carb and pump I did so I do not know for sure.

I've bought carb kits, impellers, and fuel pump kits from NAPA so far. At one time I found a NAPA marine catalog online but don't have the link handy. Lots of times the guys don't even know they have a marine catalog but I've found there part numbers match the Sierra numbers.

If you need a bunch of stuff, I would call Lordship as their prices are better. Obviously your order needs to be large enough to offset the shipping though.

I have a buddy that works at napa in Picture Butte that is going to look into it for me. If the prices are good enough I will probably order the parts for my 40hp merc. from there to.

Thanks for the help guys. Hopefully I can get back out on the water right away so I can get into the fall eyes.
