My biggest Lingcod

I got this 34 lb lingcod off the top end of Vancouver Island a few days back.
We got 4 others too with 2 in the high teens one maybe 20.
Its quite the chore jigging them up from 250 ft in open water.
I think the mouth on this guy could swallow a football, ha.
Our trip was great overall fishing at 4 different locations over the week.
Will post more pics of salmon and other bottom fish later in the week.

I was looking for one of those guys all last week, but biggest was only about 5lbs...

Great fish. So far the biggest I have seen on my trips is 66 lb monster. Unbelievably big.

used to catch ling cod on indian arm in north van. what fun! they can get huge. congrats!
