Has anyone been fishing Lakers in the past few days? Thinking about an early run on Sunday to try my luck.

Was out there last Sunday. 28 lakers to the boat. Went nuts at 10 a.m. until I ran out of bait at 1 p.m. or so. 75 ole feet on the downrigger. 3 were legal limit but it was a CnR excursion.

Now you got me going,what were you using for bait and on what hook . Do you have any pictures ?

Trolling smelts 15 feet behind the cannon balls hanging at 60 feet in 125 feet of water = lakers all day long.
