I have not, although i am positive it is good to go...

I fished the Oldman in the gap two weeks ago and it was fishing good so I am sure the Livingstone will be in good shape.

I fished it sun and mon and the conditions were perfect in every way! Water level and clarity is perfect....which is what I guess matters the most

Fished from sunday to tuesday. Fish are very selective but when the right fly is presented fishing was great.
