whitefish around Edmonton area

I knew whitefish will be picking up sooner this fall but just wondering what lake is close to Edmonton to go for whites that I can keep? Any info would be great, thanks!

Goto Pigeon or Lac La Nonne right now. They are easy pickings right now. You'll find them floating around.
