Open water around Calgary

Anyone know of any water ice free around Calgary?

I heard Travers and Twin Valley are ice free

I also heard that newall is wide open.I would like to know for sure,before i pull the boat out there.It would suck to have to come home becuse of ice.

mcgregor still has ice but should be gone soon if we get any wind. Lots open around the edge

Was talking to a friend that lives in Brooks said that there is ice in the middle of the lake, but they have been fishing for a week. I'm sure after the weekend it will all be gone.

I went for a drive today over to Water Valley and then down to Airdrie and everything I saw, with the exception of Dogpound, was still covered.

I guess it just to early then.too bad ,I was hoping to get the boat out.
