Tried to fish the mouth of the sturgeon river today but was denied due to no trespassing signs . Wtf is up with that ?:angry3:

Lol they did that years ago. The guy that owns the land doesn't want you fishing on his property. Never stopped me. He doesn't own the river.

True, but he does own the land you need to cross to get to the river. IOW...you're trespassing.

Haven't been there in years, but what we would do after the houses were built on the east side hill is put on waders at the "parking lot" by the tracks, cross the tracks and climb down to the river at the culvert, and wade the edge of the Sturgeon to the mouth (either side). We would then fish from below the normal high water mark, all perfectly legal.
