Has any body targetted whitefish within Edmonton city limits? If so what was your rig and where should I be looking? Ive been using some ice fishing jigs and looking in gravely areas where they like to spawn.

No luck so far. Better than working.

try just up from the lrt bridge by the island--shallow, rocky and fast and then it pools out a little deeper below the high level bridge to the walterdale bridge.

I have not seen my Filipino buddies in the Henday Bridge Area lately. Must be the RMW's are not active.

RMW's remind the Filipino guys of a fish back home called a "milkfish".

They use little ice fishing lures and bounch them on the bottom.
